The Supporting Association
The Röntgen-Kuratorium Würzburg e.V. was founded on 3 December 1981 to promote the memory of Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen at the site of his discovery of X-rays.
The non-profit association designs, maintains and curates the Röntgen Memorial Würzburg at the site of the former Physical Institute of the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg at Röntgenring 8.
